He assures President Min that he doesn't mess around when it comes to money, no matter what kind bonds there are. To him investments are the same as gambling. He believes Young Dal knows how to gamble big, which isn't a skill people can acquire. This is why he is willing to help Young Dal.

There is a flashback scene where Young Dal tells Dong Soo about his plan to take over Dae-Jung casino. He also mentions a hidden card. Now in the present, Young Dal meets with Dong Soo and walk off. Yang Ha confesses he was going to propose to her in Vegas. Knowing that she wouldn't accept, Yang Ha believed he needed to act so he won't lose her forever. Young Dal doesn't know how to respond. Dong Soo asks what is his dream. Young Dal answers that it changes -once he wanted to be a Texas Hold 'Em champion, but now he just wants to get married, live happily together, and find his brothers. Dong Soo informs that if he wants to live this purely, he is facing enemies that are too evil for him to face. He advises him to think carefully and do what makes him happy. Young Dal playfully says he can't resist this battle since he is a gambler at heart.

Young Dal offers to try calling him. When he does pick up, the reception is bad. Dong Soo steps outside, but suddenly is stabbed by Bok Tae's hired man. Dong Soo collapses as Young Dal is frantic on the line.

Thoughts:
There were a lot of unexpected moments in this episode.
Pil Sang was always suspicious to me, but seeing him in action makes him someone to watch out for. He is playing both sides and I so want him to get burned because of his greed for something so out of his reach - Yang Ha's position.
Speaking of Yang Ha, I had no idea he was planning on proposing. I was also surprised at how direct he was with Jung Hee about his feelings and intention.
I could understand why Jung Hee is considering leaving. It seems like Pil Sang butting-in made an already suffocating situation worse.
Young Dal's dream is nice and all, but he seems so far in his own world that this fantasy just seems like that - a fantasy. I liked how Dong Soo brought up him bringing out his hidden card too early because that is exactly how I felt.
I thought the reveal about Young Dal and Dong Soo came a lot sooner. Maybe because I'm so used to secrets in dramaland being revealed further down the road that this reveal came as a surprise (not them being brothers, but keeping this information from each other). I don't dislike it, but at least we could move on to the next reunion with the youngest of the trio...that is if they survive this cliffhanger.
